Named access (non-transferable) for a designated decision-maker. Option to add users. Access covers advisory exchanges, excluding execution.

Indicative volume of topics per month (not transferable from one month to another). 1 topic = 1 theme addressed with some exchanges to frame/respond. Beyond a clearly intensive use, we propose an adjustment (hour package or mandate).

The package already covers our responses and advisory support via chat/phone; additional consulting only comes into play in the case of concrete action, and only after your agreement.
When a response requires a concrete action (targeted analysis, writing/synthesis, decision memo, template/check-list, client/supplier call, mini-configuration), we proceed to action at 150 CHF/h (excluding VAT), after your written approval on WhatsApp. Express quote (objective, deliverable, estimated hours, deadline) → execution & delivery → summary of hours on the monthly invoice. 1 light round trip included; beyond that, additional time must be approved. Requests exceeding the occasional will be converted into a dedicated mandate.

Traceability of open points, proactive follow-ups, closure until a decision or next defined step. The follow-up focuses on advice (not execution); if an action is required, it will be acted upon after agreement. 

Targeted monitoring on 3–5 themes defined during onboarding (e.g., market, competition, regulation, CSR, tools). Summary alerts and useful links; not exhaustive and/or real-time monitoring.

Main channel, asynchronous, structured by topics. Response ≤ 48 working hours, with < 2 hours in 80% of cases. Voicemail messages accepted; we will send a written summary if necessary.

Short calls to clarify a point or expedite a decision. Scheduled during business hours. Long meetings or workshops fall under a mandate or actions.

Priority queue during business hours; accelerated handling of new topics. In case of demand spikes, we prioritize based on impact and declared urgency.

20–30 min to define the company's services, the scope of the need, monitoring themes, response formats (bullet points, check-list, memo), rules of good practice (definition of a "topic," limits).

15–20 min (or written memo): status of topics, risks, next steps. Aims to avoid stacking and secure continuous decision-making.

30 min + summary note: achievements, decisions made, blocking points, trends from monitoring, priorities for the next month. Concrete recommendations and adjustments.
